Luella Wong

Principal

She has work experience in marketing research, web analytics, business analysis, and technology consulting. In her tenure at an advertising and consulting firm, her assignments spanned more than 30 client engagements with responsibilities that included requirements documentation, project management, process modeling, vendor management, and hardware/software selection.  As a business and technology consultant, she led projects ranging from complex software implementations to expansive organizational change efforts.  With a life-long devotion to collaboration and inclusion, she has built a reputation as someone that will figure out a way to get it done, whatever it is.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, her M.S.E. from Case Western Reserve University, her M.B.A. from the University of Louisville and is pursuing her J.D. at New England Law – Boston (evening program) where she is the recipient of the Dean’s scholarship.

Prior to CystemTech he worked at a major consulting organization where he headed the technology consulting group, had full technology responsibility for a major retail e-based business involving full design, component selection, and development and implementation of web-based technologies are within the overall scope of this CRM-based architecture, full technology responsibility and shared relationship responsibility for our largest client, an automotive manufacturer, whose focus was transitioned from manufacturing based marketing to customer-centric marketing enabled by semi-transparent integration of relevant technologies, full technology responsibility for a major soft drink producer. The resultant marketing loyalty program is CRM-based and included a multi-channel integration of marketing activities.

His background also includes systems design and analysis, software development and support as well as extensive work in direct marketing, database marketing, and analytics.

He holds graduate degrees from Boston College and New York University in Economics and Management Science. His doctoral studies were focused on Urban Economics and Econometrics.
